This video is a compilation of a world tour by How and Nosm.Two of the most dedicated train writers ever. They painted over 50 wholecars in New York together and are now key members of TATS crew. TATS crew regular paints for video clips for artists like KRS ONE and FAT JOE. TAT were responsible for some of the best wholecars ever in the 80šs.

The movie is divided into various sections including Australia with footage from all around this big empty country. Also included is footage from Canada, Germany, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Argentina, Chinas and Japan. This video is made up of footage of illegal acts that are rarely seen. Wholecars are the rarest forms of graffiti. For more info on Not Guilty check the TAT website or Not Guilty was in last month's Source magazine.

Now you can see the footage....lots of good tunnel actions. Start to finish wholecars in some very tasty underground layups. Lots of stupid pointless damage... we love it!!!! My favourite sections were the funky Japanese yards with their slick pristine trains. The trains on the platforms were dying for a new coat of paint and the footage of the guys buffing the trains were very enlightening. I loved watching the authorities scratching their heads.
