1. Here is the UK's DMC champ/ ex- Scratch Pervert- DJ PlusOne with Courtney King.
Courtney AKA Mr King is in the Zen Masters from the United Kingdom.
Courtney specialises in Hip Hop, funk, soul and beats.
He is very experienced as a DJ and promoter within the UK hip hop scene and is a dedicated staff member and super cool guy.
Mr King regularly plays out and has two tracks coming out on the new 183 Turntablist compilation.
Since arriving in Australia early this year, he has supported the likes of Mark Rae, Freq Nasty, Foreign Legion, Tayo Soul Jazz DJs.
2. Here is the supercool and very talented Peanut Butter Wolf and Kasino .
If you love funk and Hip hop you should always check anything on the Stones Throw label.
We especially love the funk 45s he continues to release through his label.
KASINO is the owner and has 16 years experience in the hip hop scene.
KASINO has painted graffiti in New York City, Los Angeles, Germany, Croatia, India and is blessed to have friends such as Blade, Seen, Reas, Can Two, Bates and Dmote. He is the editor of Blitzkrieg graffiti magazine.
3. This third image is of Dexta and Kasino. Dexta is Australias number 1 turntablist and is a member of the very funky funky Avalanches.
He always drops into Butter Beats when in Brisbane.
Kasino was first introduced to Dexta by the equally cool DJ Peril. Dexta used to own a record store called Vinyl Souljahs in Melbourne.
4. The 4th image is of Mc Thorn, MC Tash and Nicole Foote from the Triple J Hip Hop show- Friday nights nationally 10- 1am. Tash is the manager of Butter Beats and released her debut LP last year.
Tash djs around town and specialises in old school Hip Hop, female Hip Hop, dancehall and ragga.
